Questions about the trial
Does the trial cost anything, and do I need a credit card?
No. The trial account is free, and you do not enter a credit card or any payment details.
What happens after the 30 days?
The trial ends automatically; there is nothing to cancel. Your data is kept for 2 more months: if you switch to a paid plan during that time, you continue with all your data. Otherwise we delete the account and its data after 2 months.
What does time cockpit cost after the trial?
On the Business plan €10.85 per user per month, billed by the day and cancellable daily. Teams of up to 10 users pay a one-time €29.90 for the first year on the Starter plan. You only pay once you choose a plan after the trial. All plans: Pricing.
Can I invite colleagues to the trial?
Yes. You can invite colleagues to your trial account and test together all features that the paid plan offers.
Can I extend the trial?
If you need more time, write to support@timecockpit.com. We are happy to discuss an extension.
Do I get help during the trial?
